The third-graders saw the fourth-graders doing "BBC Type" today at school. They thought it wasn't fair they didn't get the chance. So, in the spirit of self-education, they took it up at home. First I held a piece of paper over their hands to remove the temptation to peek at fingers. They loved it. Of course I got tired of that pretty fast, and turned to the recycle bin. I hope this program (http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/typing/) works just as well as the mind-numbing class I took in high school. It was a drag, but I learned.
