My instructions were to pick up toys from the living room and put them into bins in the playroom nearby. There were some groans and excuses like I'm too tired or I didn't make this mess. Bevin gets credit for the idea of using toys to pick up toys. It caught on. I assigned a different category to each one. Like books or dolls. They picked their own vehicles for transport.
